Edward Kelly Has Been Named Chief International Operations Officer At Lahore

Edward Kelly has been named chief international operations officer at Lahore, Pakistan-based United Trademark and Patent Services (UTPS). He will be resident in the firm’s Dubai office.
 
For most of the past decade, Kelly served at Tilleke & Gibbins International in Bangkok. His new posting carries responsibility for providing IP and related services to clientele with interests in the region extending from South Asia, through to the Middle East, Gulf States and North Africa, undertaking operations in some 26 countries and surrounds.
