James Zhu, Zhaohui Wang And Steven Cui Have Joined Jun He Law Office

James Zhu, Zhaohui Wang and Steven Cui have joined Jun He Law Offices to assist the firm in opening an office in Palo Alto, in California’s Silicon Valley. IP partners Zhu and Wang were previously managing partners at Perkins Coie’s Beijing and Shanghai offices, and Cui was a former IP of counsel in the Beijing office of Jones Day.

Zhu’s practice focuses on life sciences, Wang’s on data processing and nanotechnologies and Cui’s on biotechnology issues.

Jun He is the second of China’s largest law firms to open a Silicon Valley office, following King & Wood’s 2001 entry into the market. The California office is Jun He’s second in the US; it also has a New York office.
