AJ Park Has Promoted Lawyers To Senior Associates

AJ Park has promoted the following lawyers to senior associates: 

Angela Wray, a trademark lawyer who specializes in the protection, maintenance, exploitation and enforcement  of trademarks and other related intellectual property rights, both in New Zealand and overseas, covering industries including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, medical, construction, entertainment, fashion, and fitness. Before joining A J Park in 2004, Angela worked at an intellectual property law firm in Sydney.

Dan Winfield, a member of AJ Park’s trademark and marketing law teams in Wellington, where he acts for clients on brand- and marketing law-related matters ranging from brand selection, protection and enforcement to advising on marketing campaigns. He has specialized in intellectual property since 2000, and joined AJ Park in 2006 after three years as a solicitor in London with Bristows, one of Europe’s largest IP firms.

Jeremy Sim, an Auckland-based lawyer who specializes in patents and designs in the medical device, manufacturing, and the chemical and process engineering industries. He has particular interest in the process engineering arts, such as thermodynamics and heat transfer operations, mass transfer operations, chemical and mechanical filtration, rheology and distillation, drying technology, composite and wood technologies, particle technology, electrolysis including fuel cells as well as clean technologies and power generation. Before AJ Park, Sim worked at Gill Jennings & Every in London.

Jonas Holland, a member of AJ Park’s commercial team who specializes in commercializing intellectual property rights. Before joining AJ Park, Holland worked for Industrial Research Limited (IRL) for four years, and as a commercial lawyer at a leading New Zealand commercial law firm.
