Karen Yim has joined Wilkinson & Grist’s intellectual property practice group in Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and obtained her BSocSc (Government & Laws) in 2006, her LLB in 2007 and her PCLL in 2008. She then received training in the Department of Justice of the HKSAR Government. Her main area of practice is in trademark prosecution and related contentious work.

Veronica Hui has also joined the joined Wilkinson & Grist’s intellectual property practice group in Hong Kong after completing her two-year traineeship with the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Hui obtained her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in 2008 after graduating from the University of Hong Kong with her LLB (Hons) in 2006 and PCLL in 2007. She will focus on trademark prosecution and related contentious work.
