Tushar Ajinkya has joined Economic Laws Practice in Mumbai as a partner. Ajinkya joins from DSK Legal, where he was a senior partner. He has deep expertise in the information technology and pharmaceuticals sectors, and has been involved in numerous complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Under his leadership, DSK’s information technology laws practice assisted several software companies and other clients in respect of transactions in information technology, outsourcing, internet and e-commerce industries. He was also head of the forensics and fraud investigations practice. He routinely acted in a wide range of situations including economic espionage, extortion, data theft, defamation, anti-money laundering and anti-corruption.
