Carly Mansell has been promoted to principal at Davies Collison Cave. Mansell, who practices in the firm’s Melbourne office, specializes in trademark law, and is experienced in managing both small and large, global trademark portfolios for local and overseas clients. She has a strong commercial- and business focussed approach to her practice, and has particular experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having managed a global trademark portfolio as senior in-house trademark counsel while based in the UK at one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.
