Ronald Sum has joined Blank Rome in Hong Kong as partner, where he will be affiliated with the firm’s international and maritime litigation and alternative dispute resolution group. Sum has practiced law in Hong Kong for more than 15 years, including product liability and product recall work. Sum joins from the Hong Kong office of Eversheds; he was previously with DLA Piper.
