HSA Advocates has added its 10th dispute resolution partner - Amit Jajoo, who has joined the firm’s practice in Mumbai. Jajoo is a seasoned and established litigator in Mumbai. He has more than 12 years of experience working with an impressive array of clients in litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. Prior to joining HSA, he managed the Mumbai office of PKA Advocates. He has several IPR litigations and significant experience of successfully representing clients before the Supreme Court, High Court, Company Law Board and various tribunals to his name.
