IP litigator Grace Pan has joined Kaye Scholer as partner in its New York office. Pan is admitted to practice before the USPTO and a registered Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi in Japan. Formerly a partner in the New York and Tokyo offices of Frommer Lawrence & Haug, Pan has a long history of defending foreign patents in Asia, especially in Japan and Taiwan. Her IP practice has ranged from polymer chemistry to medical devices to semiconductors; she previously served as a lecturer at National Taiwan University, Yang Ming Medical College and the National Defense Medical Center, Tri-Service General Hospital.
