Peter Bullock has joined the Hong Kong office of King & Wood Mallesons as a partner. Bullock acts for major information technology and telecommunications brands and for investors in and users of TMT systems and services, advising on regulatory areas such as cyber risks, data law, FinTech and the digital economy. He handles sourcing, licensing and IP exploitation and enforcement assignments and has conducted various arbitrations, litigation, public inquiries and mediation .
