Dan Greif has joined Spruson & Ferguson (Asia) as a principal. Greif oversees the firm’s Thailand office, which provides patent and trademark attorney services, as well as other IP services in Thailand and the Mekong region.

Greif specializes in trademark law representing various global brands and SMEs in both contentious and non-contentious matters in Thailand, the Mekong region, ASEAN and Asia Pacific. He provides strategic and tactical advice such as searches, clearance, applications, IP enhancement strategies and enforcement strategies related to trademarks, trade dress, designs, copyright, domain names and other trade indicia for high-profile multicountry marketing campaigns.
