 Developments outside ASEAN may be bringing harmonization to Southeast Asia, whether it is wanted or not. Darren Barton spoke with delegates at the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association’s Annual Meeting and Conference in Kuala Lumpur on the impact of the TPP and the Madrid Protocol, and how it may all be bringing about a convergence of IP laws.
