Baker & McKenzie has promoted Nont Horayangura to partner in its Bangkok office. Horayangura represents a wide range of business and institutional clients in various intellectual property matters. He regularly assists multinational and local clients in protecting their IP in Thailand and overseas by assessing risk to their IP portfolios, planning cross-border anti-infringement campaigns and court trials, and by assisting with strategic commercialization of IP through patent prosecution and trademark registration. He acts as a lead counsel for Thai clients in representing their interests in overseas markets, including taking action in cross border litigation and bankruptcy proceedings in the US and Thailand as well as coordinating litigation for IP infringment cases in China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Malaysia.
