Kate Hay has joined the IP practice at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where she will be a Melbourne-based partner. Hay has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law and is widely-regarded for her patent work. She is an expert in large, multijurisdictional litigation and has advised in court proceedings involving patent infringement and revocation matters, trademark, misleading and deceptive conduct, passing off, copyright and design matters. Her experience covers a wide variety of industries including pharmaceutical, medical devices, computer technology and software, mining, energy, automotive, fashion and consumer goods. Hay joins Corrs from Grifith Hack.
