Haig Oghigian has joined the international arbitration practice at K&L Gates in Tokyo. Oghigian, former co-chair of the Tokyo litigation and dispute resolution group at Baker & McKenzie, has served as an arbitrator and counsel in arbitration in more than 100 cases. He has has extensive corporate experience — particularly in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors — advising on joint ventures, license and distribution agreements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as technology transfer agreements.
