Jong Baek Park has joined Bae, Kim & Lee as a partner from Seoulbased Apex, where he served as managing partner. Park, who specializes in corporate and project finance, asset securitization, and private equity work, is expected to work with Bae, Kim & Lee’s intellectual property and information technology teams to advise on open source software licenses and related compliance. Park joined Apex following that firm’s 2009 merger with Sewha, the corporate and litigation firm he founded in 2002.
