Independent law firm Kinstellar has opened an office in Almaty and appointed Joel Benjamin and Adlet Yerkinbayev as partners. The office will initially launch with a team of 10 lawyers. The firm’s other offices are in Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Hungary, Turkey and the Czech Republic. 

Benjamin, who will be office’s managing partner, has worked in Kazakhstan since 1993, with White & Case and then SNR Denton.
