Kirkland & Ellis has opened a Beijing office as part of its Greater China practice. The Beijing office will focus on complex M&A and private equity, international capital markets and fund formation transactions, and government enforcement and investigations. Kirkland has more than 65 lawyers across Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
