Leanne Zheng has joined Han Kun Law Office as a partner in the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice team. Zheng joins the firm’s Beijing office following work at Jones Day in Beijing. Zheng specializes in dealing with a wide variety of complex civil and commercial disputes. Her experience includes intellectual property work, as well as foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts, construction and real estate.

As lead counsel and a team leader at Jones Day, Zheng has represented both Chinese and international clients and successfully handled complex disputes inside and outside of China. Before joining Jones Day, she served in the Beijing First Intermediate Court for nine years, hearing more than 550 civil and commercial cases as a thirdlevel judge and 800 cases as a clerk in a number of different areas. She has recently represented several crossborder companies in IP infringement lawsuits, domain disputes, antitrust case and commercial reputation infringement dispute.
