Kim & Chang Has Launched Hong Kong Office
Issued: January 01 2013Seoul-based Kim & Chang, one of South Korea’s “big four” firms, has launched a Hong Kong office after receiving a license to practice as a registered foreign law office. The firm previously operated in Hong Kong through a liaison office.
US lawyer Alex Yang, a financial services and tax specialist, will lead the office. Hong Kong is the firm’s first overseas office. South Korean law firms Shin & Kim and Lee & Ko, also big four firms, have opened offices in Beijing.
