Asia IP Unveils Landmark Cases of 2008
Issued: January 01 2009It’s that time of year, when every publication under the sun releases its top somethings of the year. Rolling Stone named the latest by Bob Dylan the second-best album of the year. (The magazine’s top choice was by a band called TV on the Radio, which we’re sorry to admit we’ve grown too old to have heard of.) Time magazine called “change” the top buzzword of 2008, thanks to Barack Obama’s presidential campaign. And lifehacker.com has recently released its Most Popular Top 10 Lists of 2008. When someone out there is making a top 10 list of top 10 lists, how could we not release one of our own?
So, as the year draws to a close, Asia IP takes a look back at the top IP cases in Asia-Pacific, as nominated by IP lawyers in the region.
