This roundtable is intended for those brand owners and IP practitioners who are interested in the cutting-edge development of Chinese IP judgments. It will cover some innovative court cases which interpret the law creatively, rather than applying it mechanically. These cases either make significant breakthrough in practice and long-term benefits to IP owners, or give positive impact on IP progress by setting up an example for other courts. Enforcement strategies for three dimensional marks, color marks and Geographical Indications will be discussed on real case basis.

Join your colleagues for a lively discussion and prepare yourselves for the challenges ahead.
