According to the statics from WIPO, China ranks 4th in the world for intellectual property application, increased by 13.6% compared to 2011; ZTE finds its place on the top of the global ranking for intellectual property application with 3906 cases of PCT application. Reviewing the patent practice of China in 2013, Jiangsu Province remained the top in patent application and patent listening in China for four years, followed by Zhejiang province. Meanwhile, the average annual growth of comprehensive IP development in Jiangsu ranked the top 1 in China as well.
