Tilleke & Gibbins Has Opened Offices In Three New Places
Issued: November 29 2013Tilleke & Gibbins has opened offices in Jakarta, Indonesia; Vientiane, Laos; and Yangon, Myanmar. Initially, each of the offices will focus primarily on intellectual property work, an area where the firm is a market leader. “We are not new to practicing in Indonesia, Laos, or Myanmar, as our lawyers and consultants have been actively advising clients on IP matters in these countries for many years, and we have handled thousands of registration procedures in these jurisdictions,” says Darani Vachanavuttivong, the firm’s co-managing partner and managing director, intellectual property. “Building on our firm’s longstanding presence in Thailand and Vietnam, these new offices represent the next step in our firm’s expansion to serve our clients’ needs across Southeast Asia.”
