Mandatory Certification Rules Could Impact Foreign High Technology Companies

The Chinese government may be just months away from implementing mandatory certification rules that could significantly impact high technology companies that make, sell, import or use hardware or software products relating to computer and network security. Companies which may be impacted should be making preparations now.
