China’s Patently Mixed Bag of Amendments
Issued: March 01 2009When China last amended its patent law, the changes were largely in response to foreign pressure. The 2008 amendments, by contract, reflect the country’s maturation and confidence on IP rights. China’s increasing sophistication is forcing foreign players to increase the depth of their attention, strategising and investment.
