The Obvious Conclusion? Australian Patent Law Sets Off to See the World

Two patent reform consultation papers issued by IP Australia have split the country’s vibrant IP scene on the issue of whether the proposed changes are really necessary or whether they’re merely an attempt to develop US-style legislation.
