Changes to IP Law Worry Lawyers

Three years ago, the Law on Intellectual Property 2005 gave Vietnam its first modern IP legislation. Now the law is being amended. However, lawyers have misgivings about several proposed changes to be debated before Vietnam’s legislature. George W Russell reports from Ho Chi Minh City.
