How to Host a Harry Potter Party and Not Offend Warner Bros

Warner Bros made headlines last Halloween when it sent a cease and desist letter to a London woman, ordering her to stop planning two Harry Potter-themed dinner parties. Hamish Fraser and Kate Morton examine whether a Harry Potter party would be permissible under Australian law – or whether the studio might leave guests crying in their butterbeer.
