Patent Licensing in India

India has a huge market potential for products such as pharmaceuticals, automobiles and the like. In spite of issues that may be faced in the licensing process, there is great opportunity for patent holders who are not using their patents in India to license their patents to companies which are willing to manufacture and sell the products using licensed patents. Anuradha Salhotra explains.
