Domain Names Regulatory Framework in Vietnam

Vietnam has yet to adopt the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy to resolve its domain name disputes, leaving such disputes to be governed by domestic law. Tran Manh Hung and Jessica Mills explain how Vietnam’s IP and IT laws protect trademark and trade name holders.
