The Competition Ordinance may not have the teeth needed to handle the complex structure of many large Hong Kong businesses.

Businesses in Hong Kong can expect huge changes in 12 to 18 months, now that the Legislative Council has passed the Competition Ordinance. Anna Zhang reports.
