Duty of Disclosure in the Indian Patent Application Context

The Indian Patent Office continues to require applicants to disclose the details of patent applications filed in other jurisdictions. Until the IPO does away with duty of disclosure requirements, applicants have a continuous duty until the grant of patent to disclose all relevant details, failing which they could be confronted with serious implications.
