Do Il Son has been named partner at Yulchon, where his practice includes technology, media and telecommunications as well as M&A, finance and real estate. Before entering private practice in 1997, he served as a district court judge. Previously, he was an entrepreneur. Son also serves as the Korean Bar Association’s Vice President for International Relations, and as vice-chairman of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association’s Environmental Law Committee. He advises Korean media conglomerate Joongang Media Network in all aspects of its business.
