Cecil Saehoon Chung has been named senior foreign counsel at Yulchon. Chung, who is vice-chair of the firm’s antitrust practice group and head of its international antitrust team, also focuses on intellectual property, trade regulation and consumer protection. His IP experience includes both straightforward patent infringement litigation and licensing matters and also in the context of the antitrust and IP interface.
