The firm has more than two decades of experience advising South Korean companies and financial institutions with operations in diverse industries across the globe, as well as multinationals, financial institutions and private equity sponsors on inbound and outbound investments in Korea. The firm has deep experience in the entertainment, sports and media, life sciences, semiconductor, banking, energy, infrastructure and automotive sectors. Joseph Bevash will serve as office managing partner in Seoul. Bevash has more than 20 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific region, including working with South Korean clients on ground-breaking project finance matters throughout the region and globally. He also serves as office managing partner in Tokyo.
