Baldwins Intellectual Property has appointed Gay Rankin as general manager. Rankin joined the firm on October 3 and will work closely with the partners to lead the development and execution of Baldwins’ strategy and business plan. Rankin has held a number of senior executive roles, with extensive experience in business leadership, strategy development and project management within the financial and professional services sectors. Rankin replaces current Mike Spraggon, who is leaving the firm at the end of November.
