Mackenzie Martin has been promoted to partner at Baker & McKenzie in Dallas. Martin represents clients by handling patent disputes and IP litigation matters, including US patent litigation, international arbitration involving patents and other IPRs, and cross-border IP litigation. She also prosecutes patents and advises on US and global patent portfolio strategy. In China, she also advises clients on various IP issues.
