Georgina Hey has been promoted to partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Sydney office, where she focuses on all aspects of trademark and brand management. Hey manages the global brand portfolios for a large number of Australian clients and the Asia-Pacific portfolios for many overseas-based international clients. She also devotes a considerable effort in delivering pro bono IP portfolio advice to large not-for-profit clients, and has extensive experience in all aspects of brand management, from creation to maintenance and exploitation, and across IP acquisition and divestment.
