Desiree F. Moore has been promoted to partner in the Doha office of K&L Gates. She concentrates her practice in complex commercial disputes, including intellectual property, entertainment, products liability, labor and employment, art law, and class action defense. Moore also has significant experience with law and technology, including emerging issues surrounding social media and the law. She has counseled individuals and corporations on best ways to maximize social media for business, implement regulations for social media in the workplace, and curtail harmful social media practices. She has significant experience as a trial and arbitration lawyer, including international arbitration.
