Po-Chien Chen has been promoted to partner at Jones Day in Taipei effective January 1. He is presently of counsel at the firm, where his practice focusses on dispute resolution related to intellectual property rights, administrative law disputes and disputes against government authorities. He has successfully represented several major integrated circuit design houses in IP litigation. Prior to joining Jones Day, he worked at several law firms and a subsidiary of Air China, and served with Taiwan’s Bureau of Investigation. He is a member of the IP Law and Business Law Committee of the Taipei Bar Association.
