Issued: August 01 2012

Baldwins Intellectual Property has named David Alizade its head of commercial. Alizade is a commercial solicitor whose main practice areas include the commercialization of intellectual property, commercial contracts and business formation and structuring (such as joint ventures and partnerships). He also specializes in information technology, broadcasting and telecommunications matters,

as well as mergers and acquisitions (including due diligence).

“Our clients are telling us that intellectual property continues to be of significant importance to their future plans,” says Baldwins chief executive Michael Vukcevic. “With that in mind, it is important that as a full service IP firm, Baldwins can continue to advise on all facets of intellectual property transactions especially into Asia, Europe and US markets.”
