Adrian Yip has joined Morrison & Foerster in Hong Kong, where he is a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation group. Yip is a seasoned litigator with nearly 25 years’ of disputes experience in Hong Kong and greater China. His practice focuses on Hong Kong-and China-facing cross-border disputes and complex commercial litigation, including intellectual property and licensing dispute, asset recovery, corporate restructuring and compliance and internal investigations. At the same time, disputes associates Cliff Mok, Gary Yu Zeng, and Jessica Chan have also joined the firm, who have more than 15 years of experience in Hong Kong disputes and complex crossborder arbitration and investigation matters.
