Danny Marti Nominated By President Obama As US IP Enforcement Coordinator

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton partner Danny Marti has been nominated by President Barack Obama as US Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator. Marti, who is currently managing partner of the firm’s Washington office, would become the nation’s second IP enforcement coordinator. Marti’s practice focuses on protection, management and enforcement of intellectual property assets in the United States and abroad. He advises clients in connection with domestic and international trademark portfolio management, licensing, and other IP-based transactions.
