Yoon & Yang has launched an international trade practice group to provide advice on global trade issues. The group works closely with the firm’s Customs and trade and IP law practice groups. The group counsels the South Korean government before the World Trade Organization Dispute Settlement Body regarding the antidumping and countervailing duties imposed on Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics products imposed by the United States government.
