Deepak Sriniwas, who leads the patent prosecution group at LexOrbis in New Delhi, has been promoted to partner. A registered patent agent, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a Master’s in technology (with a focus on energy management) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has in depth understanding of the technical and legal aspects of patent law.
