Bird & Bird has appointed Kelly Tymburski as a partner in its Middle East practice. Tymburski, who will work from the firm’s UAE offices, has significant experience in the Middle East TMT legal market, having worked in private practice in the region since 2007. She has done extensive work for both private and public sector clients, with an emphasis on advising clients in the communications sector and with strengths in both TMT commercial and regulatory matters. A key aspect of her role will be spearheading the firm’s push into the Middle East and African telecommunications sector. She is based in Abu Dhabi.
