Aaron Patience has joined Kensington Swan as a senior associate in the firm’s Auckland office. Patience joins from the Tokyo office of Simmons & Simmons; he is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular interest in the Japanese business community. Patience advises local and international businesses on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, often involving a significant intellectual property element. He regularly advises clients in the TMT/ICT, manufacturing and apparel sectors.
