Tay & Partners has named Lim Bee Yi as a partner in its IP and technology practice. Lim has extensive experience in dealing with intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyright, patents and industrial designs, as well as enforcement of IP rights through government agencies, consumer laws, technology laws, domain name disputes, franchising, licensing, personal data protection and dispute resolution.
