Tilleke & Gibbins has named Michael K Lee as a partner of the firm. Lee counsels clients and manages cases on a wide range of corporate matters, including licensing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, real estate, regulatory affairs (particularly for the life sciences and high-technology industries), FCPA compliance, and labor. In addition to his role as a partner, Lee will continue to serve as Department Head – Corporate/Commercial for the firm’s Vietnam offices, a position he has held since 2010.
